Hmmm...Matt, while I agree with you about OUR (US) involvement with Afghanistan, I'm not sure what you're suggesting that the UN do regarding Karzai. Send him exploding cigars? Bomb the shit out of him? Accuse him of harboring WMDs and invade Afghanistan again?
I think our only rational response is for the US to get the fuck out and prevent Afghanistan from becoming the graveyard of more of our troops and yet another empire. Well, actually, kill the empire but spare the troops.
I don't think he should be killed. But it is strange that he will be allowed to participate in and win an election that he initially stole. Why don't common criminals get the Mulligan?
