oh, wait, it doesn't have the little man in the corner telling us what to think. You're right.
Wow. Just wow.
Sometimes when I read or hear stuff like this I feel like the author is living in a parallel dimension that crosses over with ours just enough for the author to make a deadline.
What could be more constructive than interrupting negotiations sponsored by a committee you don't belong to and on about an economy you don't understand? Just sit in the room and scream, "Earmarks!"
