Say What?
"Now, I could have said, 'Well, we'll just do what's safe, we'll just take on those things that are completely non-controversial,'" Obama said in an interview with ABC News. "The problem is: the things that are non-controversial end up being the things that don't solve the problem."
I imagine I don't need to break that down for you.

Hubris.
The only change I see is mine being stolen and pocketed by the advocates of corporatism. I'll try to keep all of this health insurance reform (formally known as health care reform) in mind while I try to deal with my COPD without any insurance.
I had a next door neighbor back when I lived in Tennessee who would say, "I'm not racist, but..." and then immediately make a racist statement such as, "I don't think black and white mixed couples are right."
Obama is basically doing everything a centrist would do and then coming out and saying, "But I'm not a centrist." It's pretty much like if Hillary was president, but he's more elegant about it.
To his credit, his hands-off lack of leadership on health care reform has been very controversial. But not in a good way.
