A Lost Opportunity
I understand the political realities of impeachment and whatnot. It's zilch.
Still.
I keep coming back to a question I've asked myself numerous times over the last few years: What--if anything--would George Bush have to do to warrant impeachment? And when future presidents look back on the resistance he faced, what will they try get away with?

goddam they need to impeach him. I don't even care. that would be balls in the history book - "giving up their electoral chances in order to make things right, the democrats impeached the fuck out of the bush administration, and goddam rightly so."
balls, yes. And perhaps preventing another president that's even more insane from doing the same thing.
