Because membership in a church is an outgrowth of accepting the Lordship and leadership of Jesus in one’s life, someone unwilling to repent of their homosexual lifestyle would not be accepted at a member at Saddleback Church. That does not mean they cannot attend church – we hope they do!

Great, Pastor Warren! Now tell the truth about the eating of pork, shellfish and other "unclean" foods -- also branded as an abomination in that same part of the Bible. (sound of crickets chirping)
The irony just gets better and better. 'Saddleback' church seems like it would be the name of a gay church.
Also, when did shitty goatees became de rigeur for homophobic churchies? Does every fad make it to the god circuit 10 years late? I hope in 10 years pastors don't have unkempt beards, cheap beer and the Vincent Gallo Starter Kit.
That's hilarious. Fundies will dress like hipsters in another decade.
I noticed in the early 2000s young Christians wearing shirts that looked like they were for bands like Mushroomhead--then on closer inspection they were all about Jesus dying for you.
