Phoning it in?
eh, not my best.
Please, you put more effort into the details of your backgrounds and characters than Gorrell puts in his caricatures. Plus this is funny.
Nice flag in the background.
I think the first poster was implying that the characters in the comic were 'phoning in' the aid. Or that the americans for phoning for help. The comic is simple yet makes a much more powerful point that what you'll typically see on the news.
mmm. That's quite possible, yes.
