A Democratic voter walks into the bar. He tells the bartender, "We voted in a Democratic president, a Democratic super-majority in the Senate and the House, and these fuckers are STILL only serving their corporate benefactors". The bartender pisses in a beer mug, hands it too him, and says "if you're too fucking stupid to not know a unified Democratic government would still serve corporate interests only, then you are stupid enough to drink this beer I just poured you".
And another:
Knock knock Who's there? A Democratic voter. A Democratic voter who? An incredibly stupid Democratic voter who doesn't understand that Democrats serve at the pleasure of their corporate benefactors.
Finally:
There once was a Democratic voter from Nantucket. Who's brain was so empty you could fuck it. He said with a grin I'll vote Democrat again He did - citizens lose again - so suck it.
Haha. I didn't vote for him. I wrote in Mike Gravel...and Ron Paul. I have since hated Ron Paul and thankfully I've moved with no forwarding address so I'm finally off his fucking mailing list.
I wanted Obama to win, but going into this election it was clear his policies weren't that different than McCain's. Still, he has been more open to compromise and more reasonable than McCain and I really do prefer him in office. He is reaching his major promises from the campaign, he's just not meeting the deadlines or transparency goals.
He's a centrist. It's pretty much the same as voting in Hillary, except he's more likable (i.e. less of a bitch).
The democrats aren't as liberal and as far to the left as Republicans are far to the right. You got what you paid for. If you really want more jobs, convince half this country to stop shopping at Wal-Mart.

Wait, how do real-life stories from Capitol Hill count as jokes?

Love that last one. But Nantucket been gerrymandered anyway.

Yes, Obamas been very reasonable and open to compromise. I'm not sure that's helped him much.
I'd suggest it's unreasonable.
