Holy Water
I picked up a bottle of the awesomely named "H2Oregon" water which claims to be the "Best Pure Water On Earth!" It's quite a boast but just look at all the processes they employ to ensure a high quality water drinking experience.

That's a lot of work for water. Particularly in North America. Particularly in the US Northwest. I don't think I'm that impressed, really. Looks like a waste of effort. For water, anyway.
Chemical free. Impressive. It doesn't look like a vacuum...
Geez, you'd think if they were going to the trouble of bottling water in Oregon they'd put a little effort into it... Remember, there's no "i" in "effort," but you can still spell "effort" without one.
Bottled water is still a huge waste and we should ban it and focus on making tap water better. Reusable water bottle + cheap ass tap water = a great way to help the environment.
we use like 170 billion barrels of oil a year to make water bottles... so super water or not, it's still wasteful.
and then there's the question of whether people will recycle EVERY bottle or not, or whether recycling all those bottles is even enviro-friendly to begin with.
You're right. American tap water is some of the best water on planet Earth and man bottled water companies simply package and sell it.
