Ass-hat rarely has anything worth reading. And by rarely I mean Never.
Keep in mind he's in CO Springs which is a haven for fundamentalist nut-jobs... and that comes through crystal fucking clear in every cartoon he's ever drawn.
His idea is to litter college campuses, the drunkest places on Earth, with guns. He should be held financially responsible for wrongful deaths on campus.
Yep. I remember my exact thoughts when I was in college: "If only I had the right to carry a gun on campus, I'd feel safe. Without it I feel so exposed to the inherent danger here."
C'mon, Asay is clearly a leftist plant intended to discredit the right wing. Seriously, do any of the other possible explanations make sense?
Check out his first panel where the military is cold handin' out fully loaded M16s to bewildered newbies showing up for basic training, with instructions of nothing more than "Here! Use this!"
Okay, I'm cool with the fact that the Chuckster clearly has never served in the armed forces or even handled an actual firearm, but hasn't he at least ever seen any movies about the military? They didn't even do that kind of crazy shit in Stripes.

Hmm... So doctorate school is really competitive right now. I applied to four school last spring and didn't get into any of them. ... Yea I'm for guns on campus. It should help even up the competition. Well, I'm for them until I get accepted. Then I'll be hard core against them.
It's important to be for your own interests, whatever they are at the time. I think I understand this whole re-poop-la-can thing now.

It's all part of their superhero complex. They think ONE DAY they will be able to rescue people through violence. You should read Tea Party speech transcripts or interviews with militia members. They all think they're Capt America waiting for the chance to unleash their fury in order to protect America and the Constitution. They're utterly delusional.
this comic is flawed, but I do agree that guns should be allowed on campus, after a concealed carry course and documentation filed through the state/federal authority's are mandatory of course.
nothing would suck more than to have a concealed carry and a licensed firearm, and then get shot by some emo kid in class because you (as the law abiding citizen)were not armed.
