Haha...I've been waiting for this.
A tear, eyebrow saddening, and a frown? Compared to lazy Photoshopping, maybe extraneous cross-hatching isn't that bad.
As long as the crosshatching isn't shading on a tear, I'm all for it.
He's actually crying because Republicans are trying to turn this into a partisan issue despite the fact that George Ryan did the Exact. Same. Thing. as governor. I'm crying because I know the in-state hicks will elect another small-town pissant who wants to turn Illinois into Indiana.
